The training tackles in detail all the parts which make the Assessment Centre today. It is continuously updated to reflect the changes brought about by EPSO, particularly in light of the Covid pandemic.

• Situational Competency Based Interview
• Role Play
• Oral Presentation
• General Competency Interview
• Motivational Interview

The methodology behind the Special Competency Based Interview and the Written Test in the Field is also explained.

Practical Tips, simulation and a look at common mistakes are an integral part of the training.

The training takes place in the form of two webinars, over consecutive evenings (6pm - 9pm). It is given through Microsoft Teams but requires no download of the programme.

Participants will receive a link to the webinars and to the training material before the webinars.

A recording is also available for a limited time following the training.
